Transformers Prime: Season 2 Episode 1 Title and Description revealed!
TFW2005 found that Zap2It updated their Transformers Prime listings with the title and description for the first episode of season 2. The episode is titled "Orion Pax part 1" and the episode description is:
"Megatron manipulates the impaired Optimus into joining the Decepticons."
Season 2 premiers February 18th at 8:30 EST on the Hub network. That day will also be the premier episode of the new Rescue Bots series that is aimed at younger viewers. The network will be also be showing the animated Transformers: The Movie from the 80s that day as well.

IDW has released a digital only comic called Transformers: Autocracy written by Chris Metzen longtime Transformers and G.I. Joe writer Flint Dille. The description describes a pre-war story with Orion Pax and Megatron and their fight against the Autocracy on Cybertron.

New convention in Savannah Georgia - Savcon
A new unofficial Transformers convention has been announced. It is called Savcon and is in Savannah, Georgia June 23rd and 24th, 2012. Preregistration is $30 and ends May 1st. They have some pretty notable guests including Greg Berger (G1 Grimlock), Neil Kaplan (RID Optimus Prime), and Daniel Ross (Starscream in Transformers: The Movie Video Game). If you're in the Savannah area it looks like it would be an inexpensive, fun weekend.

IDW's Editor in Chief, Chris Ryall, has posted a 5 page preview of Transformers: More Than Meets The Eye. This is the first of two new Transformers titles that follow the "Chaos" arc in the Transformers ongoing comic and the "Death of Optimus Prime" one-shot. "More Than Meets The Eye" follows Rodimus, Ultra Magnus, and their crew as they search the universe for the Knights of Cybertron. The comic is released this Wednesday, January 11, and to see the preview check out Ryall's blog post.
The second Transformers title from IDW is Transformers: Robots in Disguise and is released January 25th.

The BotCon folks have announced the latest reveal for the con boxset, Shattered Glass Soundwave! He joins Gigatron and Tracks with 3 more figures to go. Of note with the Soundwave is the lack of a headband on the robot mode picture. There will be a headband accessory made and sold at the club store according to this twitter post by BotCon.
